Hume City Swimming Club provides a great way for swimmers to take part in an all year round sport, meeting new friends while keeping fit and healthy.
We are based at the Craigieburn Leisure Centre, utilising the 25 metre indoor heated pool and are registered with Swimming Victoria.
CLUB NIGHTS are held monthly on Sunday evenings where members are encouraged to improve personal best times for each swim stroke. There is also scope to achieve club records, or compete for club awards.
Opportunities exist to compete in district and Ocean swimming during summer, and Indoor Swim meets around inner Melbourne and Country areas throughout each year.
MEMBERSHIP COSTS: an annual membership fee is payable which includes SWIMMING VICTORIA REGISTRATION and INSURANCE. Family discounts are available.
Current costs are posted on our club notice board and details are also available from the coach or club officiate.
TRAINING: For those who wish to improve their swimming skills more rapidly, a qualified coach is available who conducts up to 10 sessions per week for a weekly coaching fee.
